Felder saw-spindle moulder

This used Felder saw-spindle moulder combines a circular saw with a sliding table and a spindle moulder with a tilting spindle on a single frame. It is intended for joinery and furniture workshops working with both solid wood and panels: panel sizing, ripping and crosscutting, tilted cuts up to 45°, and profiling, rebating and grooving with the spindle moulder. It processes solid softwood and hardwood and wood-based composite panels. The circular saw takes a Ø 315 mm blade, tilting manually 0–45°, with a maximum cutting height of 104 mm, and has a 2050 mm sliding table on roller guides. The machine has a scoring unit. The spindle moulder has a Ø 30 mm spindle with a usable length of 115 mm and 4 speeds (3500 / 6500 / 8000 / 10000 rpm), and the spindle tilts backwards. The worktables are made of cast iron. The saw and the spindle moulder have separate 5.5 kW motors, and the scoring unit a 0.55 kW motor. This machine is fitted with an extension frame with support arm, a crosscut fence with stops, a rip fence, aluminium spindle moulder fences, a spindle moulder guard with extraction connection and a control panel with digital display and position indicators on the adjusting handwheels.
